How Counselling can help you

1. think more clearly,
2. manage your emotions better,
3. behave more effectively at home at work and in community,
4. feel connected to yourself and happier; more alive; more in control,
5. develop a clearer picture for the future,

How Case Management can help you

Case managers are advocates who help clients understand their current life and health status, what they can do about it and why getting support and treatments are important. In this way, our case managers are there to help motivate by guiding clients and providing cohesion to other professionals and to the community orgs, enabling our clients to achieve their goals more effectively and timely.

How Wellbeing and Support can help

The wellbeing staff can help with support for clients in maintaining quality of life and independent living as a priority. Wellbeing is defined as a state in which every man realises his own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, and is able to make a contribution to his family and community.
